Every wine here gets two energy types — Solar, Tide, Breeze, Dawn, Garden, Stone, Dusk, Mystic. The energies tell you how a wine behaves before anyone tells you where it’s from or what it scored.
Ripe and golden? Solar. Cool and saline? Tide.
You don’t have to learn any of it. That’s the point. The curation’s done.
