What is this place?
Short version: a wine shop run by someone who spent 23 years obsessively chasing down bottles, then filed them like a card game instead of a wine list.
Every wine here gets two energy types — Solar, Tide, Breeze, Dawn, Garden, Stone, Dusk, Mystic. The energies tell you how a wine behaves before anyone tells you where it’s from or what it scored. Ripe and golden? Solar. Cold and saline? Tide.
You don’t have to learn any of it. That’s the point. The curation’s done. The hard part’s done. You just show up curious and start pulling bottles off the shelf.
