Out to the Coast

Welcome, Collector.

A pack named Saltwind Selections

Scroll out to the coast. Two energies braid in every season — the wind that brings the salt, and the salt that bends the wind. One bottle from each, four times a year.

#SS1 · Vol. I · Quarterly
From the Cellar“Bring a wide glass and an open window. The wind does the rest.”
Station I— the Collector

A short walk to the coast, a wide glass, and a bottle that remembers the sea.

Saltwind Selections is built for the wines that taste of where they came from — coastal vineyards, salt-air parcels, chalk and schist within sight of moving water. Open one cold. Open one wide.

A pack is not a delivery; it is an admission. You’re inside now. The work is keeping the glass full.

Station II— the energies

Two energies, one weather: the wind that brings the salt, the salt that bends the wind.

Saltwind is the only pack braided from these two together. One bottle of Breeze, one of Tide, every season — with a third surprise drawn from a coastal cellar we don’t announce in advance.

Breeze
Breeze
The wind on the water

“Coastal, quick-footed whites — saline, citrus, sea-air. Bottles for first sips and second wind, when the day is too warm and the conversation is just beginning.”

Tide
Tide
The salt beneath

“Briny, mineral whites — Muscadet, Albariño, Assyrtiko. The shoreline turned liquid. Serve cold, with the windows open and the salt still in your hair.”

Station III— the year

Four tides a year. The coast finds you in every season.

Saltwind is a quarterly pack. Each tide pulls in a single boxed dispatch — three bottles, hand-written tasting cards, and a small object lifted from a coast we’ve been working that season.

Station IV— the coast

A coastline isn’t a place. It’s a weather.

The vines that taste of salt grow within walking distance of moving water. Their roots reach through schist, granite, oyster-shell, and chalk — whatever the sea left when it last retreated. The wind crosses their leaves twice a day.

We choose Saltwind bottles by ear. Open one near an open window and listen for the place it came from — if you can hear the shoreline in the glass, it’s in.
