Producer
DuMOL was founded in 1997 by Australian winemaker Andy Smith and has become one of the benchmark names in Sonoma and Napa. The winery sources from coveted sites in Russian River Valley and Napa Valley, producing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon that routinely score in the high nineties. Allocations are fiercely sought and rarely available outside the mailing list.
🌘 Dusk· 🪨 Stone
Dusk primary — DuMOL's reds carry the density, structured tannin, and brooding depth that define Dusk energy. The Cabernet in particular arrives with full presence and demands time. Stone secondary — the mineral backbone running through both the Chardonnay and the Russian River Pinot Noir anchors every wine to its specific site.
Tasting note
Twelve bottles from one of California's most obsessively followed small producers. Drawn from DuMOL's Napa Valley Cabernet, Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay programs — larger orders include more single-vineyard Cabernets that are no longer being produced. This is a rare opportunity to acquire serious depth.
