California's past and future. Dark, powerful, soulful.
ALLOCATION I
Solar-Driven · Paso Robles · Red Blend
Producer
Stereophonic makes wines at Old Bailey Vineyard in West Paso Robles that take the appellation's best qualities seriously. This Red Blend is both a statement about where California wine has been and where it might be going — a serious, thoughtful expression from one of Paso's most interesting producers.
☀️ Solar· 🌿 Garden
Solar primary — dark fruit concentration, warmth, and the generous, welcoming character of great Paso Robles Cabernet-based blending is Solar energy at its most expressive. Garden secondary — the drought-resistant varieties in the blend introduce an herbal, earthy complexity that adds dimension to the fruit and keeps the wine from feeling one-dimensional.
Tasting note
A blend of California's established varieties and drought-resistant grapes for a potential future. Dark, powerful and soulful with a welcoming luscious blackberry character for immediate pleasure and a firm muscular structure that rewards patience. Why sit on your hands?
