Pacific air. Limestone. Electric Chardonnay.

Tide-Driven · SLO Coast · Cool Climate Chardonnay
Producer
Stereophonic's Into the Blue Again Chardonnay comes from Norgrove Vineyard on the SLO Coast — one of California's newest appellations, defined by its direct exposure to the Pacific and dramatically cooler temperatures than the Napa or Sonoma valleys. The result is Chardonnay that tastes fundamentally different from what most people expect from California.
🌊 Tide· 🌬️ Breeze
Tide primary — Pacific Ocean influence on the SLO Coast is total and defining. The marine air, coastal fog, and saline quality of the vineyard's conditions shape this wine's salted butter, sea-spray character in ways no winemaking technique could replicate. Breeze secondary — the cool-climate freshness and sharp acidity of this Chardonnay reflect a growing season defined by cold nights and brisk coastal winds.
Tasting note
Sculpted by its close proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Cool mornings, marine air, and Clone 4 Chardonnay producing a sleek and electric glass. Key lime, Granny Smith apple, salted butter, and the smell of air after a spring rain. The SLO Coast is one of California's most compelling emerging appellations for this grape.
