Producer
Quentin and Alexandre Tellier are a young sibling team farming their family's vineyards in the Épernay region with remarkable precision and ambition. Their approach is resolutely artisanal — minimal sulphur, no fining or filtration, lees aging under cork. They are among the most exciting young voices in Champagne.
🌅 Dawn· 🪨 Stone
Dawn primary — every aspect of Tellier's approach is defined by craft and precision. Old vines, barrel fermentation, zero shortcuts. Stone secondary — the Moussy terroir of clay over chalk delivers the mineral grip and stony backbone that distinguishes this wine from easier Blanc de Blancs.
Tasting note
Selection massale Chardonnay planted in 1975 in Moussy, hand-harvested, pressed immediately, cold-settled, fermented and aged in oak for eight months. This is winemaking at the craft end of the spectrum — old vines, minimal intervention, specific terroir. The wine shows it.
