Producer
Quentin and Alexandre Tellier farm their family's vineyards in the Épernay region with remarkable precision and ambition. Their approach is resolutely artisanal — minimal sulphur, no fining or filtration, lees aging under cork. They are among the most exciting young voices in Champagne.
🌅 Dawn· 🪨 Stone
Dawn primary — single vineyard, zero-intervention winemaking is the clearest expression of Dawn energy's core principle: transparency to terroir through craft. Stone secondary — clay over chalk in Fontaine-sur-Aÿ gives this wine its mineral backbone and the chalky finish that lingers long after the last sip.
Tasting note
One hundred percent Pinot Noir from a single vineyard in Fontaine-sur-Aÿ, planted 2001 in clay over chalk, bottled and aged under cork until disgorgement. Two grams per litre dosage. Fruity, refreshing, and direct — this is Pinot Noir Champagne made without compromise.

100% Pinot Noir
Dosage: 2g/L
Disgorged November 2022.
Bottled and aged on its lees under cork until disgorgement.
Single vineyard, planted in 2001 in the village of Fontaine-sur-Aÿ.
Terroir consists of 60-80 cm clay covering a chalky bedrock base.
With a golden hue tinged with green, this wine displays a very fine persistent bead.
The first nose is very fruity and very refreshing, and offers notes of yellow fruit and melon, with a mint background. Upon aeration, deeper notes start to appear successively, such as hazelnut, butter, brioche, and thyme.
The attack on the palate is soft and very comfortable. Later on, the wine develops striking generosity: it is ample, rich, and creates an unctuous sensation. This full body entirely encapsulates the effervescence while the acidity acts as a counterbalance.
