J M Seleque ‘Solessence’ Extra Brut

Based on 2021 vintage & 50% Chardonnay, 40% Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir. Grapes grown in the villages of Pierry, Moussy, Epernay, Mardeuil, Dizy, Boursault & Vertus grown on mainly clay soils, sometimes loaded with flint and limestone & Campanian chalk subsoils at different depths.

Vinified In stainless steel vats (60%) and oak barrels (40%) for 10 months with no fining or filtration before blending with 50% perpetual reserve (aging in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels) and 2 g/l dosage after ageing on lees for 2 years in bottle
